Brief Summary An in-depth look into the discovery phase of the redesign of Octopia's seller portal settings page, prioritizing user needs over quick fixes. This project aimed to move beyond a simple UI refresh and delve into information architecture, navigation, and UX writing to create a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
