Overview

Initially envisioned as a straightforward UI overhaul, the Octopia seller portal settings page revealed a deeper need. The existing page suffered from cluttered information, illogical navigation, and unclear wording. This resulted in frustration for sellers trying to locate and utilize the settings they needed.

Approach

We pivoted to a research-heavy approach, involving a collaborative audit with diverse experts and user research methods to identify the root cause of navigation issues, leading to a complete redesign focused on user needs.
