I've been working as a product/service designer for the past 2 years, but have been a creative for as long as I can remember. Music production, shoe design, painting, writing, spoken word, cooking... I've dabbled in many forms of expression, but what truly motivates me is inspiring others. That's why I spent 5 years at Publicis Groupe, building a career around fostering creative success.

And it’s for that same reason that I’m drawn to the collaborative nature of service design. By facilitating workshops, fostering ideation, iterating and refining, I help teams unlock their collective intelligence to create user-centered service solutions that make a real difference.
